Welcome to
Yin Yoga! Start your week with calm and balance in body and mind through yoga.
Yin yoga is a gentle, meditative, and deeply grounding form of yoga. The
postures are simple and soft, and you will leave the class relaxed with a
wonderful sense of ease in your body. The teaching is supplemented with
breathing exercises and meditation to create a closer connection between body
and mind. You will learn to listen to and sense your body’s needs. Everyone is
welcome – both beginners and experienced practitioners. Please bring your own
yoga mat and wear clothing that is comfortable, flexible, and warm.
