Du vil kunne mærke en øget kropsbevidsthed med bedre kropsholdning og vejrtrækning. Du vil også blive introduceret til mindfulness, meditation, vejrtrækningsøvelser og specifikke fysiske øvelser, som kan tages med ind i dagligdagen.
Timerne afsluttes med stillinger, der giver ro i nervesystemet og kroppen samt en afspænding, så du forlader timen med ro i sindet - og med mere overskud.

In this class you will experience different styles of yoga. Arenze's teaching is based on traditional Hatha Yoga, but she is also trained in - and draws inspiration from - Yin, Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga. Her teaching style is focused on letting each student experience their own body rather than attempting to fit into an ideal of what "yoga should look like". Arenze teaches with warmth and humour, and believes that Yoga is not just what happens on the mat - it is also tools you can use outside the class to help yourself focus, calm yourself down, or cheer yourself up.
Each class will include postures, breathing, simple mindfulness practices, and a guided relaxation. Arenze has been a full time yoga teacher for 19 years, and has over 1500 hours of teacher training behind her."
