Definition/forudsætninger: - Du er helt tryg ved at have hovedet under vandet. - Du kan svømme og dykke kroppen i et glidende afsæt fra kanten. - Du kan svømme mindst 25 meter uden hjælpemidler og hen over dybt vand i en svømmehal - Bemærk dog, at du skal kunne svømme minimum 100 meter uden pause, hvis du vælger at svømme på hold i Bellahøj, da det er et 50 meter bassin uden mulighed for at bunde. - Du lærer færdselsregler i forhold til baneopdelt bassin således, at sammenstød undgås. - Pr. november skal du kunne svømme mindst 25 m. crawl, når du tilmelder dig holdet. Indhold: - Du lærer elementære færdigheder i både brystsvømning, rygcrawl og crawl, dvs. grovform i koordinering mellem vejrtrækning, arm- og benbevægelser. - Vi arbejder både med konditions-, udholdenheds- og sprinttræning. - Du lærer yderligere tekniske detaljer i både brystsvømning, crawl og rygcrawl, og du træner overfladevendinger og start, samt får mulighed for at lære bjærgning og ilandbringning af forulykket. - Vi udbygger de svømmetekniske færdigheder i crawl, rygcrawl og brystsvømning. - Du lærer hovedspring udviklet til startspring såvel som til rygcrawl. - Der svømmes ca. 1.000-1.500 meter pr. time. Form/metode: - Du bliver undervist på hold, hvor der er vekslen mellem individuel- og holdinstruktion - Du lærer færdselsregler i forhold til given organisering af et helt hold, bl.a. hvordan man ikke ligger eller står i vejen for hinanden - Det er netop i samspillet med holdkammerater, at du bliver inspireret og tryg i oplevelsen af den fælles puls. -------- Definition/prerequisites: - You are completely comfortable having your head underwater. - You can swim and dive your body in a smooth line from a starting point at the edge. - You can swim at least 25 meters without aids and across deep water in a swimming pool - Please note, however, that you must be able to swim at least 100 meters without a break if you choose to swim in teams in Bellahøj, as it is a 50-meter pool without the possibility of bottoming. - You will learn traffic rules in relation to lane-divided basins to avoid collisions. - As of November, you must be able to swim at least 25 m. crawl when you sign up for the class. Content: - You will learn elementary skills in both breaststroke, backstroke and crawl, i.e. rough form in coordination between breathing, arm and leg movements. - We work with fitness, endurance and sprint training. - You will learn additional technical details in both breaststroke, crawl and backstroke, and you will train surface turns and starts, as well as get the opportunity to learn salvage and disembarkation of the victim. - We are expanding the swimming skills in crawl, backstroke and breaststroke. - You will learn head jumps developed for starting jumps as well as for backstrokes. - You swim approx. 1,000-1,500 meters per hour. Form/method: - You will be taught in classes where there is an alternation between individual and team instruction - You will learn traffic rules in relation to the given organization of an entire team, including how not to lie or stand in each other's way. - It is precisely in the interaction with teammates that you are inspired and confident in the experience of the common pulse.
