Yoga is a really good counterbalance to the busy everyday life many of us live, where the mind is overworked and the body spends long hours in the same static working positions.
In this class, we will release the body’s many tensions while giving rest to the mind and nervous system. Concretely, each session will consist of flow, strength, stretching, and a bit of meditation. We will both warm up as we move with our breath, and we will find calm as we open and stretch our warmed body.
The teaching will be adapted to those who are in the class, so everyone can join!
Please bring your own yoga mat – and an extra sweater in the colder months.
