Niveauet Letøvet/Øvet er for dig, der har været med på vores springhold over en eller flere sæsoner, eller som kommer med springerfaring fra andre foreninger eller klubber over mere end en sæson.
Du enten kan, eller er lige ved at kunne, flere af de spring, som er beskrevet for niveauet. Du kender kravene til sikkerhed i træningen, og kender egne grænser, når du springer.
Hver træning starter med en grundig opvarmning, der har til formål at øge styrke, koordinationsevne og kropsbevidsthed. Efter opvarmningen arbejder vi med stationstræning for at dygtiggøre jer teknisk.
The intermediate/advanced level is for those who have participated in our tumbling classes for one or more seasons, or who bring experience from other clubs or associations over more than one season.
You either can, or are close to being able to perform, several of the skills described for this level. You understand the safety requirements during training and are aware of your own limits when performing jumps.
Each session begins with a thorough warm-up aimed at improving strength, coordination, and body awareness. After the warm-up, we work with station-based training to help you refine your technical skills.
