Outdoor Exercise er åbent for alle, der er friske på at slutte studiedagen med en skarp intens træning. Alle øvelser kan tilpasses individuelt niveau.
Det er svært at komme i form, hvis man venter på solskin og vindstille, så vi træner i al slags vejr. Og regnvejrstræningerne er tit de bedste!
Medbring: Vandflaske, relevant skotøj og windbreaker/regntøj.
Outdoor Exercise is open to everyone who’s up for ending their study day with a sharp, intense workout. All exercises can be adapted to individual fitness levels.
It’s hard to get in shape if you’re waiting for sunshine and calm winds — so we train in all kinds of weather. And rainy workouts are often the best ones!
Bring: Water bottle, appropriate footwear, and a windbreaker/rain gear.
