Du får indblik og forståelse for ballettens univers, bevægelsesmæssigt såvel som musikalsk og danserytmiskt.

KU Studenteridræt beginner ballet class introduces you to the basic ballet movements – plié, tendu, jeté, etc. – the positions of the feet and arms, directions in space, jumps from two feet, jumps from one foot, travelling jumps across the floor, turns, and pirouettes.
You will gain insight and understanding of the world of ballet, both in terms of movement as well as musicality and dance rhythm.
