This Advanced Yoga Class is designed to be both challenging and inspiring. We’ll move through dynamic balance sequences and powerful strength postures, then transition into grounding shapes that calm and restore the nervous system. Expect fluid transitions, creative variations, and space to refine your technique while exploring new depths in your practice. We will work with mindful alignment and intentional pacing, giving you the chance to safely explore more complex asanas while building both strength and stability. Breathwork will guide us through both energizing flows and moments of stillness, cultivating focus, resilience, and release.
