IPP1 beviset

Ved stabilt fremøde kan deltagere opnå SUP IPP1-beviset.

IPP1 beviset er frigivelsesbevis i KSI.

Med bestået IPP1 bevis kan deltagere på et aktuelt hold padle egne ture (fritræning) resten af den indeværende sæson.

På IPP1 holdet undervises i 

  • påklædning efter vandtemperatur / løfteteknik af board / isætning ved bro, strand og brink
  • indstilling af padlen
  • balance på bordet og hvordan man skal stå
  • fremad padling både liggende, knælende (prone) og stående
  • at padle baglæns, sidelæns og fuldt stop!
  • fejetag / evt. forlænget fejetag, til at styre med
  • introduktion til kun at padle i en side, til lavt støttetag og pivot-turn (360 gr. rundt)
  • at kæntring og kravle op på boardet igen

samt...

  • lokale færdsels-og trafikregler på vandet
  • lokale naturbeskyttelsesregler

Ved stabilt fremmøde - og når teknikkerne er trænet - kan du som afslutning på sæsonen bestå IPP1 og få tilsendt IPP1 bevis i perioden efter sæsonafslutning (forbehold for ferie-forsinkelser!).

With consistent attendance, participants can obtain the SUP IPP1 certificate.

The IPP1 certificate serves as a release certificate in KSI.

Upon passing the IPP1 certification, participants in the current group may paddle on their own (free training) for the remainder of the season.

The IPP1 course covers instruction in:

  • Dressing appropriately for water temperature / proper board lifting technique / launching from dock, beach, or bank
  • Paddle adjustment
  • Balance on the board and correct standing posture
  • Forward paddling while lying down, kneeling (prone), and standing
  • Paddling backward, sideways, and coming to a full stop
  • Sweep strokes / possibly extended sweep strokes for steering
  • Introduction to paddling on one side only, low support strokes, and pivot turns (360° rotation)
  • Capsizing and climbing back onto the board

As well as:

  • Local navigation and traffic rules on the water
  • Local nature conservation regulations

With consistent attendance—and once the techniques have been practiced—you can complete the IPP1 certification at the end of the season and receive your IPP1 certificate shortly thereafter (subject to holiday-related delays!).
